Curtis McDaniel specializes in the sale of multifamily apartment buildings across North County San Diego County and facilitates clients’ 1031 exchanges into larger apartments, or triple net deals in better locations, with higher cash flows. Curtis adds expertise, energy, and enthusiasm to bring results and achieve client goals consistently. His approach to the negotiation and transaction process is to shape the expectations of everyone involved for the benefit of the client.
Curtis comes to the Aaron Bove Team at Marcus & Millichap with a background in real estate investment and portfolio management. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree where he studied engineering and corporate finance. His previous business experience includes forming limited partnerships, building teams, and raising capital in the U.S. and Canada.
In his free time, Curtis enjoys spending time hiking, skiing, and surfing, his favorite time is spent with friends and family.
