Dawson MacKay graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sports Management. During his time at Gonzaga, Dawson was a four-year starter and captain of the Gonzaga University Men’s Rugby Team. Shortly after graduation, Dawson transitioned from the commercial construction industry into commercial real estate full time. 

Dawson specializes in the sale of Multifamily Apartment buildings and Entitled Land throughout Downtown San Diego and the South Bay region and facilitates clients’ 1031 exchanges into like-kind properties such as Apartments, Triple-Net, Storage, Retail or Mobile Home properties.

Outside of work Dawson enjoys surfing, snowboarding, biking, traveling around Baja California, and spending time with friends and family.
