CARLSBAD APARTMENT PROPERTY SELLS FOR $4.1M
La Costa Meadows Apt LLC of Carlsbad has acquired a 12-unit apartment property in that city for $4.1 million, according to brokerage company Marcus & Millichap.
The seller of La Costa Meadows, at 2918 Luciernaga St. in Carlsbad’s La Costa neighborhood, was Poseidon Capital Investors LLC of Rancho Santa Fe. Marcus & Millichap’s Aaron Bove and Greg Colligan represented the buyer and seller, with the company’s Chad O’Connor securing financing.
According to CoStar Group and public data, the three-building complex was built on 0.58 acres in 1987 and has since been renovated.
