Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of a 10-unit apartment property located at 4127 Idaho St. in San Diego. The asset sold for $4,200,000.

Bove and Casper Rooney, associate in the firm’s San Diego Del Mar office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Idaho 4127 Fund LLC. The buyer, The Fizzard Family Trust, was procured by Bove and [associate Nathan] Duffy.
With a 5,638-square-foot gross building area, the property features eight one-bedroom, one-bathroom units and two two-bedroom, one-bathroom units.
