PACIFIC BEACH APARTMENTS PURCHASED FOR $7.8M
Investor Yuan Shen of San Diego has acquired a 32-unit Pacific Beach apartment property for approximately $7.8 million, according to brokerage company South Coast Commercial Inc.
The seller of the property known as Sail Bay Apartments, at 1327-1335 Pacific Beach Drive, was Western Sail Bay Partners LP of San Diego, represented by South Coast’s Josh Browar. The buyer was represented by Aaron Bove of Marcus & Millichap Inc.
The property was built on 0.23 acres in 1960, according to CoStar Group and public data.
