Taylor's professional journey in real estate began at the University of San Diego, a prestigious institution renowned for its Real Estate program. There, he embraced challenge of double majoring in Real Estate and Finance, giving him the financial acumen needed to advise his clients.  Notably, he demonstrated leadership as the president of the sales club, honing his skills in negotiation and client relations.  Additionally, Taylor deepened his understanding of the industry through his internship at Commercial Realty Specialists, a distinguished Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm based in Newport Beach.

Currently, Taylor specializes in the sale of Multifamily Apartment buildings in East San Diego. Taylor strategically advises his clients through every stage of real estate ownership through unparalleled research, a deep market knowledge and an unwavering loyalty to his clients. Drawing on his diverse set of financial and negotiating skills he also expertly guides his clients through 1031 exchanges, transitioning them into various types of investment properties. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Taylor thrives on his passion for outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, sailing, and rock climbing.
