APARTMENT BUILDING SOLD FOR $3.3M

An 18-unit San Diego apartment complex has been sold for about $3.3 million.
Gerald and Rose Mary Gossman sold the 4443 Idaho St., complex to Christopher Blatt.
The building is 7,466 square feet and the average size of the apartments is 415 square feet, according to CoStar Property.
Aaron Bove, a senior vice president in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, represented the sellers and the buyer.
The apartment interiors feature carpet and vinyl flooring, double sinks, and sliding shower doors.
