BANKERS HILL APARTMENT PROPERTY SELLS FOR $2.85

Barthell Family Trust of Los Angeles has acquired an 18-unit apartment property in San Diego’s Bankers Hill neighborhood for $2.85 million, according to brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.
The seller of the property, at 1758 Sixth Ave., was the M. Kathleen Grendahl Revocable Trust of Wayzata, Minn., represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Aaron Bove.
According to brokers and CoStar Group, the three-story property was built in 1922 and has since been renovated, though it retains much of its early 20th Century character.
