SD APARTMENT PROPERTY SELLS FOR $3.3M

Mar LLC of Del Mar has acquired an 18-unit apartment property in San Diego’s City Heights neighborhood for $3.3 million, according to brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.
The seller of Courtyard Terrace, at 3848-3854 42nd St., was Shah Revocable Family Trust of San Diego. The buyer and seller were represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Aaron Bove and Ben Tashakorian.
According to CoStar Group and public data, the two-building complex was constructed on 0.32 acres in 1970.
